Designed with safety in mind, ExeTrak® 40mm 4m x 2m mats are produced with a dual grip design featuring a unique non-slip traction surface and a reversible low profile traction surface, both incorporating micro traction to further increase grip. This engineered pattern of rugged treads substantially improves the grip and mud dispersal during forward motion of vehicles or plant and reduces sideward slippage, even in the most challenging weather or ground conditions.
A specially engineered low-profile traction surface is pedestrian friendly for applications where personnel will be the main user or in the deployment as working pads, drilling rigs and depot or storage areas.
ExeTrak® supply a variety of mat connection solutions to suit varying ground conditions and applications
Steel Tracked vehicle usage should be prohibited with any composite mats, traversing and aggressive movement on the mats may cause damage to both the mat surface and connectors. This will be the sole responsibility of the customer and user of the mats. When assessing ground conditions, always seek professional engineering guidance if there is any doubt. It is the users responsibility to assess the load-bearing capacity of the ground and to only operate vehicles within the weight that the ground is capable of safely supporting.
Inert Construction - The plastic material will not absorb any waste contaminates from the ground preventing cross contamination.
